Who owns the data, accounts, and infrastructure?
You do, from day one. Every domain, sending account, lead list, sequence, and dashboard is registered under your business. Nothing sits behind our login. If you cancel tomorrow, everything stays with you.
Does this work with our existing CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)?
Yes. Every campaign integrates with your existing CRM so replies, booked calls, and deal flow land where your sales team already works. We do not ask you to change tools.
What's the contract length? Can we cancel monthly?
The setup is one-time. Monthly ongoing is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No annual lock-ins. We walk you through the exact pricing on the discovery call.
What does our team have to do internally?
Setup phase: 2 to 3 short calls to dial in ICP and offer, then approve sequences within 5 days. Ongoing: your sales team attends the booked calls. That is it. On the lower tier your team also manages replies; on the higher tier we handle reply management too.
What happens if we want to change our ICP later?
Included in ongoing. As long as the new ICP has enough addressable prospects (15,000+), we rebuild sequences and lead lists at no extra cost.
What happens at 45 days if the system is working?
The guarantee expires (you got what we promised). You stay on monthly for as long as you want us running it.
Can we pause the monthly if we hit capacity?
Yes. If your sales team is at capacity and needs to slow pipeline, we can pause outbound. Reply management stays live if you're on that tier.
How does the eventual handover to our team work?
Three routes: (1) you take it over yourself. The system is yours, you have full access, no formal training. (2) We train an existing team member of yours. (3) We place a new hire and train them. Options 2 and 3 require our separate CCS DWY program. Option 1 is included.
What about data security and GDPR?
All infrastructure is on your accounts. We sign a mutual NDA before any work begins. All outreach follows GDPR and CAN-SPAM rules: legitimate interest basis, unsubscribe on every send, no purchased lists.
How is this different from a cold email agency?
Cold email agencies keep the system on their infrastructure so you stay dependent. When you fire them, you have nothing. We install it into your business. You own every account and asset from day one, and you can bring it fully in-house whenever you want.
